Physical Books & Products
All physical copies are already printed and ready to ship. Orders are typically processed within a few days and shipped via Canada Post. Depending on your locations, shipping costs may vary, but I'll do my best to get your order to you in a timely fashion.
Since books are pre-printed and inventory is limited, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If your book arrives damaged or there's been an error with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery to sayhello@hellobean.ca, and I will do my best to resolve the matter.
Digital Downloads & Print-On-Demand Items
Digital downloads are delivered instantly to your inbox after purchase, with a link to access your files.
Digital sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Print-on-demand items (like custom prints or merch) are made especially for you once you place your order. Each piece is unique, so please double-check your order details before confirming. If something arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I will do my best to make sure it's resolved.
